About the role

We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. The ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside senior partners and staff to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive legal advice and representation across a broad range of matters, tailoring solutions to each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and produce well‑structured, persuasive written documents, including memoranda, briefs, and correspondence.
• Manage a heavy caseload, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and team members to develop case strategies, share insights, and support collective decision‑making.

Required profile

• Outstanding research and writing skills demonstrated through previous legal work.
• Proven ability to handle a substantial workload efficiently and accurately.
• Comfortable using today’s legal software to manage files, conduct research, and streamline workflow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern legal software applications.

What we offer

• A total compensation package ranging from $175,000 to $240,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
