Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

About the role

Farah Law Group, a growing personal injury firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to manage personal injury cases from filing through trial. The position can be office‑based, hybrid, or remote depending on experience and business needs, and offers a pathway to leadership within the firm’s expanding New Mexico operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full personal injury caseload through all litigation stages, including trial.
• Evaluate claims, provide strategic legal guidance, and negotiate settlements.
• Draft, file, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions, including those of expert witnesses.
• Attend court hearings, conferences, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain regular client communication and document all activity in Litify case management software.
• Collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure efficient case progression.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably with trial exposure.
• Active Texas Bar and/or New Mexico Bar license.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume environment.
