Attorney – Legal Operations

About the role

Interra Health is building an AI‑forward legal function to support its fast‑growing healthcare SaaS business. The Attorney will act as both a practitioner and an operator, handling core legal work while designing the systems that enable the legal team to scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and execute level‑one legal agreements such as BAAs, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Own and administer the legal‑operations ecosystem, including intake tooling (e.g., Ironclad, Freshservice) and workflow automation.
• Design and maintain a KPI/SLA dashboard that provides real‑time visibility into team throughput and cycle times.
• Build and optimize the legal request intake process with clear routing, prioritization, and SLA accountability.
• Serve as the primary liaison for conflict checks and matter management with outside counsel.
• Transition disparate information sources into a unified records‑management system, ensuring version control and audit readiness.
• Partner with Finance, Sales (GTM), and Salesforce administration to support contracting workflows.
• Champion AI adoption within the legal function, identifying opportunities for AI‑driven contract review, research, and drafting.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in healthcare or other highly regulated industry law.
• Experience working closely with go‑to‑market (GTM) teams.
• Demonstrated appetite for building processes and legal‑operations infrastructure.
• Familiarity with contract management platforms such as Ironclad.
