Attorney – Dispute Resolutions (Boston, NJ, NY)

About the role

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join the Dispute Resolutions Team of GCSolutions. The position offers flexible scheduling, work‑life balance, and the ability to work remotely across Boston, New Jersey or New York.

Key responsibilities

• Handle court appearances and manage depositions, both taking and defending.
• Retain and coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Participate in mediations and other dispute‑resolution processes.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high‑quality legal work.
• Collaborate with experienced partners and contribute to team development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil litigation or arbitration, preferably with companies and financial institutions.
• Experience with loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and loan workouts.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Jersey or New York (Pennsylvania license a plus).
• Excellent academic credentials and analytical abilities.
