Atlantic City Sales Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Sales Associate (Stylist) for its Atlantic City store. The role combines customer service, sales, and visual merchandising to deliver the Levi’s brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co’s history and heritage.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Perform basic technology tasks, including iOS device troubleshooting and reading technical manuals.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Experience with RFID inventory processes.
