Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Representative – Westchester County

About the role

Enovis is seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Representative to support patients and clinicians in Westchester County, NY. This part‑time position (Mondays and Fridays, 8 am‑3 pm) focuses on the application, education, and proper use of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application, education, and support for orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Deliver routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical staff.
• Manage inventory, conduct audits, and ensure product availability.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre‑authorization and upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Enovis, and the sales team.
• Maintain compliance with Enovis Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, clinic/hospital policies, and HIPAA.

Required profile

• Passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting.
• Background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Ability to work part‑time on‑site in Westchester County.
