Athletic Trainer / DME Field Service Representative – Southwest VT

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Representative to support patients in the Southwest Vermont and Northwest Massachusetts region. The role combines clinical expertise with durable medical equipment (DME) management to ensure optimal patient outcomes in orthopedics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide account management and day‑to‑day service operations for DME programs.
• Instruct clinicians on proper use and application of Enovis products such as DonJoy, Aircast, ProCare, and Exos.
• Verify patient benefits, obtain pre‑authorizations, and collect patient responsibility using automation tools.
• Evaluate clinic needs, collaborate with Sales and Field Service teams, and adjust inventory programs for performance.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, monitor inventory levels, track orders, and resolve issues.
• Act as liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales team.
• Maintain compliance with Enovis ethics programs, OIG, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations.
