Athletic Trainer / DME Field Service Representative

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Representative to join its Field Services team in Indianapolis. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centered care in an orthopedic setting while managing durable medical equipment (DME) programs for clinics and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide account management and day‑to‑day service operations for DME programs, including instruction on proper product use.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, handling pre‑authorizations and upfront patient responsibility collections.
• Evaluate clinic needs, collaborate with Sales and Field Service teams, and adjust inventory programs to improve performance.
• Travel within the designated territory to monitor and maintain inventory levels, track orders, and resolve issues.
• Act as liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
• Ensure compliance with Enovis Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, clinic/hospital policies, and HIPAA.

• Background in Durable Medical Equipment and experience in an orthopedic setting.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
