Athletic Trainer / DME Field Service Representative – East Bay, CA

About the role

As a member of Enovis' Field Services Team, you will support patient care in the orthopedic space by managing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) programs and ensuring proper product use. This role combines hands‑on service, inventory oversight, and collaboration with sales and clinical partners across the East Bay area.

Key responsibilities

• Provides account management and day‑to‑day service operations for DME programs.
• Instructs customers on proper use and application of Enovis products such as DonJoy, Aircast, ProCare, and Exos.
• Verifies patient benefits using automation tools, handling pre‑authorizations and patient responsibility collection.
• Evaluates clinic needs and collaborates with Sales and Field Service teams to improve DME inventory performance.
• Travels within the East Bay territory to monitor and maintain inventory levels, track orders, and resolve issues.
• Acts as liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales team.
• Ensures compliance with Enovis policies, OIG, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Background in an orthopedic setting and experience with Durable Medical Equipment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
