Athletic & Special Event Staff Supervisor – Part‑time

About the role

High Spirits Hospitality is looking for a hands‑on leader to supervise athletic and special‑event staff for Bravo1 Protection. You will ensure safe, welcoming, and smoothly run events across Greenville and Pickens County, handling everything from guest entry to on‑site problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise event and security staff for athletic events, festivals, concerts, and private functions.
• Lead guest entry operations, manage lines, and oversee ticketing or credential checks.
• Support access control tasks such as bag checks, ID verification, and wristband validation.
• Assign staff to posts, coordinate breaks, and adjust coverage as event needs change.
• Address guest questions, complaints, and minor incidents with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Monitor crowd flow, safety concerns, prohibited items, and weather or emergency situations.
• Communicate with clients, venue partners, law enforcement, and Bravo1 leadership as needed.
• Complete shift reports, incident notes, attendance records, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
