This program blends sports leadership concepts with hands‑on sales training, giving interns the chance to develop both leadership and revenue‑generation skills while working alongside an industry‑leading sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow senior sales representatives and attend company training sessions to build problem‑solving abilities.
• Develop interpersonal techniques such as non‑verbal communication, negotiation, and objection handling.
• Analyze market data, KPI reports, and technology trends to support informed business decisions.
• Network with industry professionals to secure mentorship and post‑graduation opportunities.
• Participate in company book reviews, practice mental discipline, and strive for continuous personal improvement.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program with at least one year of coursework completed.
• Proficient with iOS and mobile software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑starter with flexibility to work varied hours and ability to locate for the internship.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
