A&T Technician II – 3rd Shift (Onsite, NY)

About the role

Moog is seeking an A&T Technician II for the 3rd shift at its East Aurora, NY facility. The role involves assembling and testing aircraft components in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic assemblies using measurement equipment, specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging and torque mechanisms.
• Interpret drawings, work instructions and parts lists to build to specification and document results.
• Set up and run operational tests on high‑precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic test equipment.
• Diagnose test failures, assess hardware condition and recommend rework or configuration changes.
• Perform daily administrative tasks to support production operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred) with ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Minimum three years of experience in a technical, assembly or test environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Eligibility to enroll in the FAA Drug & Alcohol Program and comply with FAA safety‑sensitive regulations.
