A&T Technician II – 3rd Shift (Onsite)

About the role

Moog is seeking an A&T Technician II to join its Commercial Aircraft Group on the 3rd shift at the East Aurora, NY facility. The role focuses on assembling, testing, and troubleshooting high‑precision aerospace components while adhering to strict FAA safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque mechanisms.
• Set up and execute operational tests on finished products using high‑precision test stands, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment.
• Diagnose test failures, assess hardware condition, and recommend rework or configuration changes.
• Interpret drawings, work instructions, and parts lists to ensure build compliance.
• Complete daily administrative tasks to support overall production operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred) with demonstrated ability to follow verbal, written, and computer instructions in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related technical field, preferably aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Enrollment in the company’s FAA Drug & Alcohol Program as required by federal regulations.
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
