About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham seeks an Associate Vice Chancellor, Academic Operations to lead the operational infrastructure of its academic division. This remote, full‑time position will translate strategic academic vision into scalable systems, ensure compliance, and advance education technology across the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Academic Operations, Faculty Management, and Education Technology functions.
• Design and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure administrative compliance with university policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational initiatives with the university’s strategic goals.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of academic technology platforms.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in higher‑education administration or a comparable large‑scale operational environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of academic compliance, policy implementation, and technology integration.
