Associate Supervisor

About the role

As an Associate Supervisor you will ensure proper planning of site activities and preparation of site readiness. You’ll assist supervisors and superintendents with installation activities, manage and support the installation team, verify deliverables and ensure readiness for customer and maintenance handovers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact regarding installation methods, site readiness, and project progress prior to installation.
• Conduct site readiness reviews, audits, and inspections, resolving issues to support successful project execution.
• Support installation planning activities, including logistics, material deliveries, resource allocation, and site coordination.
• Perform safety and quality audits while assisting with corrective actions and compliance with installation standards.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction or leading people (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education and work experience.
• Strong safety, quality, and customer‑relationship management skills.
