About the role
Capgemini is looking for a Junior Desktop Analyst to join its hybrid team in Columbia, SC. You will provide remote technical support to customers, helping them resolve issues quickly and efficiently while contributing to the company’s mission of delivering innovative technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers remotely in a technical environment.
- Handle inbound calls and tickets in a technical call‑center or help‑desk setting.
- Troubleshoot basic network problems and assist with Point of Sale (POS) system issues.
- Use ticketing and remote‑access software to document and resolve incidents.
Required profile
- 2 years of experience in technical support, help‑desk, or call‑center roles.
- High‑school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting (on‑site and remote).
Required skills
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ticketing systems
- Remote access software
