Associate Sales Representative – New York City

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support the sales efforts of its Certified Surgical Sales Representatives and Independent Manufacturer Representatives in the New York City region. You will help grow the OR Business Unit by engaging surgeons, operating‑room staff, and supply‑chain professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons of various specialties, operating‑room managers, nursing, supply‑chain, and administrative personnel.
• Communicate the clinical and operational benefits of CooperSurgical products.
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet regional sales targets.
• Complete product and surgical‑application training, pass interim and final exams, and demonstrate competency in product use, assembly, and maintenance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date certifications in Operating Room Protocol for Health Care Representatives, Bloodborne Pathogen exposure, and HIPAA compliance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with surgeons, nurses, and operating‑room personnel.
• Ability to plan, track, and report sales activities accurately.
• Willingness to complete and maintain required certifications and product training.
