Associate Sales Representative – Boston/Providence

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support sales efforts across the Boston, MA and Providence, RI region. You will work alongside Certified Surgical Sales Representatives and Independent Manufacturer Representatives to grow the OR Business Unit’s presence in existing and new accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons, operating‑room managers, nursing staff, supply‑chain personnel, and administrators.
• Communicate the clinical and operational benefits of CooperSurgical products.
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet regional sales targets.
• Complete product and surgical‑application training, pass interim and final examinations, and demonstrate competency in product use and maintenance.
• Maintain current certification in Operating Room Protocol for Health Care Representatives and Bloodborne Pathogen exposure.

• Ability to follow a structured training program and achieve certification standards.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet customers.
