Associate Recruitment Consultant – Entry Level (September Start)

About the role

This is a true 360 recruitment position where you will manage the full hiring cycle—from business development to candidate placement—for technical markets. The role starts in September and is based in Downtown Houston, with additional openings in Miami and Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Consult with hiring managers on talent strategy, market trends, and recruitment agreements.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct interviews, manage interview logistics, and prepare candidates for each stage.
• Negotiate compensation packages, close offers, and ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
• Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity within your assigned technical market.

Required profile

• Highly competitive, performance‑driven and financially motivated.
• Confident communicator who remains resilient under pressure.
• Coachable, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Previous experience in sales, athletics, hospitality, customer service, leadership roles, internships, or other competitive settings.
