Associate Recruiter (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Kelly is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring across multiple business lines. This remote position is based in Argentina and works on a U.S. Pacific Time schedule, enabling you to partner with North‑American hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume roles.
• Source, screen and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.
• Maintain clear candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Keep accurate candidate records and activity in the ATS.
• Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting and continuous‑process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume or operational hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.
• Working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate while maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data‑driven decision making.
