About the role

The Associate, Product Specialist / Investor Relations works on Greystar’s Global Product Specialist team within Investment Management. The role sits at the intersection of investor relations and capital‑raising, supporting fund formation and capital‑raising activities for Greystar’s global commingled funds.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end investor due‑diligence processes, preparing and coordinating responses to questionnaires and information requests.
  • Support fundraising initiatives, including market positioning, investor outreach, data projects, and closing processes.
  • Respond to investor inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, guiding investors through the fundraising pipeline.
  • Coordinate and attend investor meetings and property tours worldwide, with occasional travel to corporate offices.
  • Manage internal project workstreams and facilitate cross‑team discussions.
  • Prepare marketing and investor materials such as pitchbooks, fund offering documents, and DDQs, ensuring compliance review before use.
