Associate Process Excellence Representative

About the role

The Associate Process Excellence Representative will support the continuous improvement of service delivery by analysing data, mapping processes, and driving optimisation initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that operational changes are documented, measured and sustained.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute optimisation strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Create and maintain documentation of process flows, SOPs and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the impact of changes and make data‑driven decisions.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill staff on new processes and tools.
• Update and draft work instructions, monitor task updates in Smartsheet, and support project hyper‑care activities.
• Perform data clean‑up, update Beeline assignments, and monitor taxonomy reporting for job title changes.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of process mapping and flowcharting tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools to identify inefficiencies.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
