Associate Operations Planner

About the role

The Associate Operations Planner supports the delivery of products to customer teams by assisting senior planners with reporting, production tracking, system maintenance, and vendor relationships. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will help coordinate component procurement, manage logistics, and ensure data integrity in SAP and PLM systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and track timely movement of component inventory.
• Assist with portal transactions, troubleshoot quantity and date discrepancies, and communicate launch forecasts to vendors.
• Maintain accurate master data in SAP and PLM, expedite component shipments, and ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy.
• Support inventory control with physical inventory tasks and quarterly reporting.
• Create and release Just‑in‑Time purchase orders, manage PO dates, and coordinate with quality teams on sample holds.
• Generate daily and weekly reports to support component and launch forecasting processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and troubleshoot issues.
