Associate Manager – Retail Store Leadership

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Associate Manager to join the leadership team of its Camarillo outlet. In this role you will help drive sales, coach a diverse team, and ensure operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead store operations and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and analyzing performance data.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive store culture.
• Assume full store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss‑prevention, and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of retail management experience.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, and ladder work.
