KONE is seeking an Associate General Manager for Service & Solutions to lead its local service business in Jacksonville, FL. The role combines sales, operations, and modernization responsibilities while fostering a customer‑centric culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by increasing market share, generating orders, and developing long‑term service contracts.
• Lead service operations excellence, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop talent, build employee engagement, and coach teams in KONE’s solution‑selling methodology.
• Partner with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Manage modernization sales and project management activities, acting as a player‑coach for technicians or sales teams.

Required profile

• Progressive supervision or management experience, including people, budgets, and planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least four years of relevant work experience.
