Associate General Manager – Service & Solutions

About the role

The Associate General Manager, Service & Solutions, will lead the Indianapolis market’s service business, driving operational excellence, financial performance and repair‑sales growth. Reporting to the Market General Manager, this player‑coach role balances day‑to‑day operations with strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations to meet safety, quality, productivity and profitability targets.
• Identify and execute repair‑sales opportunities through pipeline reviews, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Coach, develop and retain supervisors, technicians and customer‑facing teams.
• Manage staffing, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Utilize data and KPIs to continuously improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes and act as primary escalation point for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a service‑oriented business.
• Proven track record of delivering operational improvements, revenue growth and customer retention.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, performance metrics and workforce planning.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching and problem‑solving abilities.
