Associate Director – US Tax & Structuring Strategic Projects

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to expand its US Tax & Structuring Strategic Projects team. The role is a senior leadership position focused on driving fund structuring initiatives and strategic projects across real estate and private wealth products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead US fund structuring initiatives for real estate and private wealth products.
• Partner with senior leadership on new fund launches and product innovation.
• Drive strategic projects, integrations, governance enhancements, and scalable operating models.
• Shape the firm’s US structuring platform and long‑term growth strategy.
• Collaborate with investment, legal, finance, compliance, capital‑raising teams and external advisors.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in fund formation, investment structuring, and US tax matters.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate investment structures.
• In‑house experience within private equity, asset management, alternative investments, or broader financial services.
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects, influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments.

• Base salary $300‑$350K per year.
• Performance bonus up to 30% (potentially 200% of base).
