Associate Director, Finance & Accounting (Remote US)

About the role

Infosys BPM Limited is seeking an Associate Director to lead Finance and Accounting (F&A) initiatives for its US clients. This senior position combines account management, business development, and solution delivery across the BPM landscape, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance market share by conducting market development and competitive analysis within the account portfolio.
• Identify and open new service lines, preparing proposals and statements of work.
• Provide business‑led insights during contract negotiations.
• Expand Infosys footprint by pursuing opportunities across multiple client departments.
• Maintain and grow healthy client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• 11+ years of experience with strong sales, relationship management, and account management in the BPM industry.
• 10+ years of exposure to the Finance & Accounting sector and B2B environments.
• 5+ years of proven sales/account management experience in F&A or BPM.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
