Associate Director, CoPilot Studio Solution Architect

About the role

Invesco is seeking a senior technical leader to own the end‑to‑end architecture, design and delivery of AI‑driven agents built on Microsoft CoPilot Studio. The role will define reference architectures, integration standards and governance for low‑code AI solutions that connect Microsoft 365 with core enterprise systems across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target architecture for CoPilot Studio agents, including topic design, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, plugins, connectors and handoff patterns to Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Establish reference patterns for integrating CoPilot Studio with existing Invesco applications, Azure and AWS cloud services, and SaaS platforms.
• Lead architectural reviews, design sign‑offs and technical due diligence for new copilot use cases.
• Partner with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into agent designs, conversation flows and knowledge strategies.
• Oversee hands‑on development of priority copilots and coach engineering teams on best practices.
• Implement application lifecycle management, source control, environment strategy and CI/CD pipelines using Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Define and enforce governance, security and responsible AI guardrails such as Data Loss Prevention policies.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience as a solution architect or technical leader in AI‑enabled, low‑code platforms.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with the Microsoft AI stack, especially Microsoft CoPilot Studio and Microsoft 365.
• Strong background integrating cloud services on Azure and AWS.
• Ability to translate emerging agentic capabilities into measurable business value while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.
