Associate Director, Compliance Business Partner (Pharmaceuticals)

About the role

The Associate Director, Compliance Business Partner will lead day‑to‑day compliance activities for Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, ensuring risk‑based approaches align with business objectives and support compliant growth across product development and commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for core compliance functions, including guidance, advisory support, training, monitoring, and policy governance.
• Partner with business units to embed compliance as a strategic enabler throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify emerging regulatory and operational risks, influence decision‑making, and implement practical mitigation solutions.
• Support investigations, issue resolution, and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Facilitate compliance‑related training and communication for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical compliance, regulatory affairs, or related risk‑management functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
