Associate – Digital Content Creator

About the role

The Associate, Digital Content will help shape and deliver best‑in‑class short‑form social media content for MSG Entertainment’s live‑event brands. You will focus on creating engaging TikTok and Reels videos that drive revenue, grow audiences, and showcase the excitement of our shows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑form video strategy for all MSGE brands, including Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre, Chicago Theatre, Infosys Theater, and the Rockettes.
• Conceptualize, film, edit, and produce original video content that highlights events, performances, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and brand storytelling.
• Provide live‑event coverage, capturing real‑time content for social platforms and coordinating with external partners such as agencies and media outlets.
• Manage content scheduling and publishing, optimizing timing, platform selection, and audience engagement.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and apply insights to refine content strategy and creative direction.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, archives, photo/video, legal, and other departments to secure approvals and ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Foundational understanding of design, photography, and video production, especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Strong eye for detail and passion for live‑event entertainment.
• Creative judgment to develop content concepts from ideation through execution.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners.
