Associate Consultant – Strategy & Market Research

About the role

Join Kx Advisors as an Associate Consultant and support leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and health‑IT companies with strategic, data‑driven insights. You will work in a hybrid setting from our Washington, D.C. or Boston office, collaborating with senior leaders and clients on high‑impact projects across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive research and fact‑gathering activities for client engagements.
• Analyze quantitative data and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Develop clear, creative presentations that communicate conclusions to senior clients.
• Support the creation of market assessments, commercial due‑diligence, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Required profile

• B.S. or B.A. from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• 0‑2 years of internship or project‑based experience in strategy consulting, market research, or related fields.
• Strong academic record and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
