About the role

Join the Strategy Insights & Planning team as an Associate Consultant, working at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and digital innovation. You will support high‑impact client engagements, turning complex business problems into data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structured problem‑solving frameworks to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Design and execute analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary platforms.
• Translate findings into clear presentations and written deliverables.
• Support project planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including strategy, marketing, analytics, and technology.
• Build trusted client relationships and assist with stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Life Sciences, Social Sciences).
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, digital, or marketing strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work collaboratively.
• Client‑facing experience with stakeholder management.
