Associate Consultant Intern, Summer 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as an Associate Consultant Intern for the Summer 2027 program. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges using technology and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic consulting projects across multiple industries, including financial services, retail, hospitality and more.
• Collaborate with colleagues in business development, account management and product management.
• Analyze data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and client audiences.
• Structure problems, explore solutions and contribute to end‑to‑end consulting delivery.
• Participate in volunteer activities and team‑building experiences.
• Network with senior leaders through speaker series and mentorship sessions.
