Associate Consultant – Data Management & Enablement Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Associate Consultant who will act as a Data Management & Enablement Analyst supporting enterprise‑wide commercial, omnichannel and brand analytics initiatives. The role centres on master data management, data governance and data quality, ensuring that teams receive clean, reliable and well‑structured datasets for analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support Master Data Management (MDM) processes to maintain consistency and accuracy across key data domains.
• Implement and maintain data governance standards, policies and best practices.
• Perform data quality checks, validation and issue resolution across multiple datasets.
• Write baseline SQL queries for data extraction, profiling and troubleshooting.
• Build, refine and streamline Power BI reports for business stakeholders.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to enable data accessibility and usability for analytics.
• Support commercial and omnichannel analytics across all brands, working with media engagement, territory sales, claims and commercial data.

Required profile

• 4 + years of experience in data quality, data governance or MDM.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
