Associate Client Partner – Retail

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Associate Client Partner to lead client engagements for its Retail vertical in Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with retail and consumer‑goods customers, driving business development and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client relationship management for accounts with a portfolio of $10‑30 million.
• Lead the opportunity management cycle – prospecting, evaluating, proposing, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee fulfillment of all client commitments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, including relationship mapping, opportunity pipelines, and pricing decisions.
• Represent Infosys at CXO level, presenting proposals and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 7 years of sales, account management or business development experience.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale client accounts and interacting with senior executives.
• Experience in the retail, consumer goods, CPG or quick‑service restaurant sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong project‑management and proposal‑creation capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
