Associate Client Partner – Data & Analytics

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Associate Client Partner to join its Data & Analytics practice. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts across the United States, driving the sales cycle for data‑driven services and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client relationships, from prospecting and evaluating opportunities to proposing solutions and closing deals.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy for data and analytics services within targeted verticals, maintaining a robust pipeline in collaboration with vertical sales teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and presenting tailored data‑analytics solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with internal delivery, consulting, CTO, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure service offerings meet client expectations.
• Partner with technology providers to enhance service capabilities and address complex client needs.
• Create and maintain account plans, track performance metrics, and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing roles within IT, consulting, or data‑analytics services.
• Strong business development and account management skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Understanding of data, advanced analytics, and AI concepts.
• Knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management.
