Associate Brand Marketing

About the role

As an Associate Brand Marketing professional on the Expansion Desk, you will help drive the long‑term growth of Nestlé’s Ready‑to‑Drink (RTD) Business Unit. You will identify new brand and category opportunities, develop innovation plans, and guide cross‑functional teams from concept through launch, keeping the consumer at the heart of every decision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep consumer insights by analyzing demographics, psychographics, purchase pathways, and behavioral drivers using data and research.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to generate actionable marketing innovations and brand‑building ideas.
• Lead the end‑to‑end development of new products, ensuring launch plans are defined, executed, and post‑launch performance is tracked.
• Manage brand projects in line with the 3‑year strategic plan, allocating resources to maximize ROI and financial performance.
• Partner with sales and customers to translate strategic plans into omni‑channel commercial tactics, optimizing promotional effectiveness.
