Associate Brand Manager – Aura Cacia

About the role

The Associate Brand Manager will partner with the marketing team to drive growth and development of the Aura Cacia® brand. This role oversees product portfolio management, brand positioning, and the execution of marketing initiatives that support Country Life’s wellness portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Aura Cacia product portfolio, including new product ideation, brief development, packaging, and creative direction.
• Plan and activate brand positioning efforts and lifecycle management for existing and new products.
• Develop and execute marketing brand plans, support platform launches, and provide copywriting and design direction.
• Perform financial analysis of marketing programs, track KPIs, and pull retail data (Spins, Nielsen, E‑Commerce) monthly.
• Maintain product catalogs, database entries (SPINS, ClearCut), and coordinate cross‑functional mailings.
• Update product information on e‑commerce sites, create digital campaign assets, and manage influencer and social media initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including product development, regulatory, sales, QA/QC, supply chain, and external agencies—to deliver brand projects on time.
• Prepare sales tools such as PowerPoint presentations, collateral, and data reports.

Required profile

• Experience in brand management or product marketing within a consumer‑goods or wellness environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess financial performance and market data.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas and external partners.
• Excellent written communication for copywriting and design direction.
