Associate Attorney

About the role

We are partnering with a network of boutique, regional, and national law firms that are actively seeking an Associate Attorney with a focus on litigation. The role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, working closely with senior counsel and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage litigation cases across all phases, including motion practice, depositions, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines.

Required profile

  • Admission to practice law in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in litigation.
  • Strong analytical and written communication abilities.
