Associate Attorney (Estate Planning)

About the role

Zihmer Law is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its collaborative team in McMurray, PA. The role focuses on high‑level estate planning and administration work, allowing you to support clients in preserving their legacy while working within a supportive, performance‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive estate plans tailored to client goals and circumstances.
• Review estate planning documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Meet with clients to discuss estate planning needs and provide guidance.
• Assist clients with estate administration matters, including probate documents, inheritance tax returns, and family settlement agreements.

Required profile

• JD degree and active Pennsylvania bar license.
• Minimum 2 years of associate attorney experience with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong interest in trusts and estates law.
• Excellent work ethic, problem‑solving ability, and adaptability to new systems.
