Assistant Warehouse Manager (Kapilina Beach Homes)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations at Kapilina Beach Homes. You will help develop and enforce policies for receiving, storing, and distributing materials while ensuring inventory levels align with the company’s supply‑chain strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse activities.
• Develop and implement procedures for receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and support timely distribution of goods.
• Perform physical inventory counts and verify data against warehousing systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations governing material handling, storage, and distribution.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on‑site with occasional on‑call responsibilities.
