About the role
The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports daily warehouse operations for Kapilina Beach Homes, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies. This role contributes to the overall supply chain strategy by maintaining appropriate inventory levels and complying with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for material handling and inventory control.
- Perform physical inventory counts and verify data against warehousing systems.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support timely distribution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing storage and distribution.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work on a regular schedule with possible on‑call duties.
