Assistant to Senior Director

About the role

The Assistant to the Senior Director provides high‑level administrative and operational support to ensure the Olinde Career Center runs smoothly. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, this role is essential for managing schedules, coordinating events, and facilitating communication across the university community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendar scheduling for the Senior Director and senior staff.
• Plan, organize, and execute office‑wide events and meetings.
• Serve as a liaison with faculty, campus partners, academic departments, and external employers to promote career development initiatives.
• Coordinate communication across leadership, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Support strategic initiatives by organizing priorities, tracking follow‑up actions, and maintaining clear documentation.
