Assistant Territory Inside Sales Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Territory Inside Sales Manager to support Mapfre’s growth strategy across the Webster/Boston territory. In this hybrid role you will act as a trusted advisor to independent insurance agencies, influence business outcomes and help drive profitable market share.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market strategy for the assigned territory and provide thought leadership to internal teams and agency partners.
• Develop and execute territory business plans that target profitable growth and increased market share.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with agency leadership and key decision‑makers, serving as a consultative partner.
• Manage a portfolio of independent insurance agencies, identifying opportunities and delivering consultative sales recommendations.
• Mentor and develop Territory Sales Managers, shaping the next generation of sales leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong ability to influence, build partnerships and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
