Assistant Store Manager – Talent & Service

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Empire Outlets location in Staten Island. You will help lead the team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while upholding the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the store’s point of leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager.
• Implement sales strategies, analyze performance data, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a positive store culture.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of retail leadership experience with a proven track record in coaching and training.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and professional diplomacy.
• Collaborative role model who aligns with Levi’s culture of originality, integrity, and empathy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
