Assistant Store Manager (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at Levi’s® Vineland Premium Outlet in Orlando, FL. You will help drive operational excellence, develop the team and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including payroll, cash handling and inventory control.
• Maintain operational standards and hold the team accountable for performance.
• Assist in hiring, training and retaining staff that embody Levi Strauss & Co. selling practices.
• Execute visual merchandising directives and recommend adaptations as needed.
• Lead the merchandising team to meet productivity goals and manage RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Drive adoption of store processes and tools, ensuring proficiency across the team.
• Recruit and interview candidates for stylist positions and conduct onboarding training.
• Coach and develop associates, handling performance issues and fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach and train sales associates.
• Strong retail apparel background with a customer‑service focus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to last‑minute changes.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and diplomatic communication skills.
• Quick learner of new computer systems and tools.
• Energetic, positive demeanor with a passion for the Levi’s brand.
