Assistant Store Manager – Park Meadows (Denver, CO)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering operational excellence at our Park Meadows location. You will help drive sales, ensure a positive customer experience, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily store procedures, payroll, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and financial goals.
• Open and close the store, serve as a visible service leader, and resolve customer concerns.
• Analyze performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining store team members.
• Lead onboarding, product knowledge, and selling culture education for new hires.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and recommend adaptations.
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving, transfers, price changes, RTVs, and markdowns.
• Coach staff, handle minor employee relations issues, and uphold company policies.
• Build community connections through events and brand‑awareness initiatives.
