About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading the Vans Jersey Gardens location. You will help drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain brand standards while developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Coach and develop Brand Advocates, modelling best‑in‑class customer service.
Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
Assist with recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new talent.
Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards and inventory procedures.
Partner with the Store Manager on expense control, shrink reduction and profitability.
