Assistant Store Manager – Full Time at Silver Sands Outlet

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the Levi's Outlet® Silver Sands in Destin, Florida. In this full‑time position you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies and analyze data to grow revenue.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, visual standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Assume full store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training abilities.
• Strong professional judgment, discretion, and diplomatic communication.
• Collaborative role model who embodies Levi’s values of originality, integrity, and empathy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
